We all love a good workout that kills us because it feels like accomplishment! Here are some tips to have the best workout...

BEFORE YOUR WORKOUT

HYDRATE! your body is made of water so stay hydrated... sweating at the gym just decreases the amount of fluids in your body so keep a water bottle near to stay hydrated!!!

Eat a healthy snack with protein to give your body energy. Working out is tedious so you have to keep your body in the right state to put the work in.

Always be sure to wear the right workout gear and the correct shoes. It always makes a workout a lot better!

AFTER YOU WORKOUT


STRETCH! & Use a foam roller!!! You work your muscles so hard at the gym, you have to stretch so those muscles can grow in the correct way an due less painful as you are waiting to see results.

Recharge your body after your workout with a protein filled snack. Your body needs the nutrients after working so hard.

Take a cool shower. Especially if you worked out in the heat, very refreshing but showering after a workout makes you feel so clean!
